EOS® is simple, but fundamentally changing the way a business operates can be hard. An EOS Implementer combines passion and experience to help companies achieve the skills needed to help them strengthen the Six Key Components™ of their business.  

Certified EOS® Implementers are the most experienced, active members of the EOS Worldwide community. In addition to meeting all the standards required of a Professional EOS Implementer, Certified EOS Implementers have reached expertise by:

  • Have experience implementing EOS purely with 10 or more clients
  • Have experience implementing every type of session in the EOS Process™
  • Conduct at least 48 sessions per year
  • Achieve an average session rating of 8.75 or higher (on a scale of 1-10)
  • Actively help our community, rarely if ever missing an opportunity to collaborate

If it is determined that EOS would be a good fit for your business, the next step is to get you and your leadership team assembled for an in-person meeting with Ryan to discuss EOS in granular detail. This is a free session to further explore EOS and make sure your team is ready to get on-board.

FOCUS DAY (your EOS journey begins)

Once your leadership team is on-board, the next step is the kickoff to a journey that will teach your business the tools it needs to achieve vision, gain traction and get healthy. This full day session sets the foundation for future Vision Building sessions and Quarterly Pulse Meetings. Ryan will be there to teach, coach, and facilitate your business through the entire process of implementing EOS.
