“Do I Need An Entrepreneurial Business Coach?”

If your business is not going the way you expected, have you considered getting a coach to help? Yeah, I know, I used to be a sceptic too and I had a whole list of reasons and excuses why later would be better to work with a business coach.

Here were some of my previous excuses for not getting help from a business coach:

See if you can related to any of these…

  • I can coach myself through YouTube, Ted Talks, podcasts, and blogs
  • It’s probably too expensive and not worth the money
  • I’ll do it later after I solve these three big problems I’m facing
  • After I hire so and so and make this much money
  • I’ll do it next quarter…it will be better then.

Then I had to face the facts that I couldn’t coach myself…I was losing significant money because my issues of repeating the same mistakes were way too expensive. I never did solve those three big problems, nor did I ever hire that ‘right person’ to take over that work I didn’t want to do anymore, and next quarter was not what I thought it was going to be.

Pro Tip: The Issues you face most likely won’t go away on their own.

I needed help. I needed a coach. I didn’t play the game on entrepreneurship as good as I had envisioned I would. I was winning awards, new projects, accolades, and opportunities. But I knew deep down I was losing, not winning, and more importantly, not learning. I needed a coach.

Does any of that sound familiar? If so, keep reading. If not, I’m not your guy! I am here to help those that know in their gut that they need help.

Think about it…
If you’re sick, you go to the doctor.
If you need legal advice, you go to a lawyer
If you need financial advice, you go see your accountant.
So why are you trying to build businesses without the guidance of someone who has already done what you want to do?
It’s time to bite the bullet if you want to make real change. This is what working with a business coach can do for you.

Get some skin in the game, invest with someone who can really help you, and build a team that’s fully invested in your success. Get a Coach! FYI: It more than likely won’t be me! I just want to help the right ones that mutually agree we fit, I cannot personally coach every entrepreneurial leadership team, nor do I want to. I am part of a worldwide community of entrepreneurs who help other entrepreneurs by Implementing EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System®. And through EOS®, my mission is to help coach as many businesses as I can.

As a Certified EOS Implementer®, I do three things, one of which is coaching. I teach EOS® purely because implementing the tools with the exact use that they are intended produces the results leadership teams are looking for. I coach entrepreneurial leadership teams playing out the decisions that they make so that they can play a great game in their business and win. I facilitate leadership teams to help them make the most of their time together every 90 days to establish a new 90-day world that keeps them entirely focused, on track, and disciplined for another run.

The coaching component for myself and my teams is essential. As someone who is coached and is coaching, I am helped and help others see things that they just aren’t seeing when their head is down on the field of play. Sometimes making significant changes that are the ‘game changers,’ we’ve all been looking for. Sometimes, it’s really simple mindset tweaks that make all the difference.

So many times it’s just clearing the air with the team about how things have been going and getting it out in the open to make sure that we all agree that we don’t want that to happen again that re-galvanizes the team creates the basis for trust and ultimately the results we are looking for. Regardless of what it is, it is found in coaching. I love being coached, and I love to coach. If you’re looking for a coach to help you run a better business and live a better life, I’d love to talk with you and help you find your right fit coach.
